Guilds may purchase insurance through the council that provides liability coverage to protect the guild in case guests of your guild suffer some injury during the course of guild activities or events.
Generally, your guild must provide a certificate of insurance to the facility where you meet or hold a quilt show or other guild sponsored event. This is provided by our insurance carrier. We request a minimum of a two week notice prior to the date you need a certificate for the certificate to be processed by the carrier. There is a charge for the certificates.
