MEMBERSHIP IN SCCQG

The membership fee is due and payable beginning October 1st, preceding January of the new year.  Unpaid memberships become delinquent on and after January 1.  Late paid membership dues are not prorated.

Membership forms will be emailed to all current members well before October 1st. In addition, the membership forms will be included with the September newsletter.  Membership forms are available below, as well.

Guild Membership is $30.00

Teacher, Vendor & Individual Memberships are $15.00

 Reminder to Guilds: Insurance premium, if opting in, needs to be included with membership form and membership dues fee.

NEW FOR 2013 - All Members, including Guild Board/Chair members, with valid email addresses input to their site record, will Automatically receive the quarterly newsletter.  Only those people not currently listed on a membership record need to subscribe to the newsletter.

All payments are to be made payable to SCCQG and mailed directly to the SCCQG Assistant Membership Chair (Bonnie Millage) along with the updated membership information.  Please complete all areas of the form.  The "mail to" address is on the form!  Download/print the membership form below:
